Public campaigning has historically hastened the end of injustices such as slavery and apartheid.  Advantage Africa's supporters are proud to be active in current campaigns for justice among the world's poorest people.

Advantage Africa aims to share its experience of working with disadvantaged people in Africa among other organisations in order to change the policies and practices that affect their lives. This advocacy for peoples' rights aims to alter the ways in which power, resources, and ideas are created, consumed and distributed: so that people and organisations in Africa have greater opportunities to control their own development.
